April 7 and forward to 1982.  Immediately after President Carter cancelled the neutron bomb program received Government sponsored lab assistant, lab space and enrollment in the University of Washington School of Medicine for research and medical school study to apply my neutron scattering analysis to radiation oncology methods within the parameters of precise design of high magnetic field strength for confinement of the secondary fields of ionized electrons for the purpose of minimizing collateral damage to adjacent healthy tissues.

Studied, researched and examined all aspects of the entire US Navy Patrol Hydrofoil Missile ship (PHM), authored and delivered the two documents to the US Navy:  PHM Ship Operating Hazard Analysis, and the PHM Subsystem Hazard Analysis.

B-52 Trestle EMP test, analysis and mitigation design: Revised 30+ dB downward the EMP threat from a high altitude nuclear explosion specifically with 4 threat level reductions of: 1. expected maximum explosion source E and M field strengths,  2.  B-52 EMP cavity penetration, 3.  LRU EMP penetration, and 4.  electrical component vulnerability.

Stealth Technology analysis and design at Boeing of Air Force, Army and Navy flying, rolling, and stationary inventory under Dr. Paul Kaminski’s. broad purview.  Made both disclosure and patents of analysis and design that in production achieved as much as 40 dB of radar cross section reduction.

Formed US Electrodynamics Inc with encouragement from Dr. Kaminski.

Purchased the Brewster Satellite Earth Station in Washington State and pursued conversion of the 30-meter satellite communications antenna there for the purpose of dynamic range testing of radar backscatter of DoD flying DoD inventory.

Followed encouragement from the founder of the NRO, Dr. Joseph Charyk and his team that planned, designed and built from its very beginning the original COMSAT INTELSAT satellite system, to reestablish Brewster as the preeminent Pacific satellite telecommunications operator.

In the two months April and May USEI closed the agreements with a working deal to use The Brewster Satellite Earth Station establishing a strong partnership between China and The United Stated DoD for a worldwide collaborative communication/information joint venture that inherently was a strong security measure protecting America against the Soviet Union.

Developed a global satellite communications network with Brewster as one of the largest earth stations in the world.

Developed the strongest and most advanced strong analytics and measuring methods to protect USEI earth stations against RF interference.

Its USA based WTA Certified Tier 4 teleport locations in Brewster, Washington State and Vernon Valley, New Jersey operate 140 satellite antennae on company land spanning 260 acres. Both have recently added additional Ka gateways and a network of C-band monitoring antennas.    The company operates an additional 32 antennae at seven sites throughout Australia, Chile, Germany, Mexico, South Africa, South Korea & Dubai.
