The heavy work getting these two publications in form and accepted by peers and by the much highly reputed JournalMP itself was all accomplished by my hugely valued advisor Dr. Norman J. McCormack because I was already away doing other very different things and not available to support the steep publication requirements. Also, Dr. McCormack taught me the the most necessary deep fundamentals to accomplish this and later tasks. Dr. McCormack, along with Dr. Mohammad Shirazian, LT General Charles Otstott, Dr. Ed Stern, and Professor Henn were the five most helpful academic geniuses forming my capabilities into being the foundation of my my life career.

1975-1977 Graduate study at U of Washington in Seattle, MS Nuclear Engineering

1977 April 8 Received General Alton Slay’s supporting endorsement for my DoD R&D activities of choice.

1978 April 7 and forward to 1982. Immediately after President Carter cancelled the neutron bomb program received Government sponsored lab assistant, lab space and enrollment in the University of Washington School of Medicine for research and medical school study to apply my neutron scattering analysis to radiation oncology methods within the parameters of precise design of high magnetic field strength for confinement of the secondary fields of ionized electrons for the purpose of minimizing collateral damage to adjacent healthy tissues.

1979 Studied, researched and physically examined the US Navy Patrol Hydrofoil Missile ship (PHM) in its entirety and then authored and delivered the two documents to the US Navy: PHM Ship Operating Hazard Analysis, and the PHM Subsystem Hazard Analysis.

1980 B-52 Trestle EMP test, analysis and mitigation design: Revised 30+ dB downward the EMP threat from a high altitude nuclear explosion specifically with 4 threat level reductions of: 1. expected maximum explosion source E and M field strengths, 2. B-52 EMP cavity penetration, 3. LRU EMP penetration, and 4. electrical component vulnerability.

1981 MX missile design for camouflage and decoy of warhead radiation signature.

1982-1987 Stealth Technology analysis and design at Boeing of Air Force, Army and Navy flying, rolling, and stationary inventory under Dr. Paul Kaminski’s broad purview. Made both disclosure and patents of analysis and design that in production achieved as much as 40 dB of radar cross section reduction.

1985 Formed US Electrodynamics Inc with encouragement from Dr. Kaminski.

1987 August 7 Purchased the Brewster Satellite Earth Station in Washington State which at that time had only one satellite antenna, the 30-meter. Then pursued conversion of the 30-meter satellite communications antenna for the purpose of dynamic range testing of radar backscatter of flying DoD inventory.

1988 Following encouragement from the founder of the NRO, Dr. Joseph Charyk, Col. Wally Lauterbach and their team that planned, designed and built from its very beginning the original COMSAT INTELSAT satellite system, to reestablish Brewster as the preeminent Pacific satellite telecommunications operator.

1989 On behalf of the US DoD, while in Beijing during the two months span from April until just before the June 5 Chinese Army entry into Tiananmen Square, completed the official but covert agreements between the DoD and China for putting into both The Brewster Satellite Earth Station and China special US State Department restricted encryption technology establishing a strong surveillance partnership between China and The United Stated for a worldwide collaborative communication/information friendship that was inherently designed as a strong security measure protecting America and the Free World against the Soviet Union.

1988-Present Developed a global satellite communications network with Brewster as one of the largest earth stations in the world.

2012-2015 Developed and used the strongest and most advanced analytics and measuring methods based on quantum principles to protect USEI earth stations against RF interference.

The company operates an additional 32 antennae at seven sites throughout Australia, Chile, Germany, Mexico, South Africa, South Korea & Dubai.
